Can I choose fabric or thread colours?
Do you offer custom embroidery?
At this time, our only custom item is our embroidered ultrasounds.
What do I do with my hoop?
Your hoop is ready to display the moment it arrives! Depending on if you ordered an embroidered ultrasound or announcement, you can:
- Hang directly on the wall
- Prop it on a shelf or dresser
- Incorporate it into a gallery wall
- Place it in your baby's memory box
- Gift it to grandparents or loved ones as a gift or birth announcement
- Include it in your birth announcement photos
- Use it as a prop for newborn photoshoot or flat-lay styling
How should I care for my hoop?
Your hoop is made with delicate fabrics and threads, so a little extra care will help keep it looking beautiful for years to come.
- Display Indoors
- Avoid handing in direct sunlight
- Keep dry
- Dust gently
- Do not pull or press on stitched areas
- For long term storage, wrap in acid-free tissue paper and keep in a cool, dry place
Are all your materials from Canada?
We purchase all of our materials in Canada, however not all our products are made in Canada. We support our local fabric store in Fort McMurray for our embroidered announcements.
Embroidered Ultrasounds
Do I get to approve the design before it's stitched?
We do not offer digital proofs as each embroidered ultrasound is unique in nature. A digital proof does not show final result.
How long will my order take?
Please allow up to 6 weeks before your order is shipped. Each ultrasound photo is completely unique and some require more time to make.
What sizes do you offer?
We currently offer two options: 4" and 5" hoops.
Do you share my ultrasound photos?
No. Your ultrasound photos are never shared or used outside of creating your order. We use Adobe Illustrator to create your custom template, not AI, then print in our home studio. Once your custom embroidered ultrasound is complete, your original phoptos are permanently deleted.

Where is your fabric from?
All of our fabric from our Christmas Bows was sourced from a local Canadian shop.
How long will my order take?
Please allow up to 2-3 weeks before your order is shipped.
What sizes do you offer?
We currently offer two options: 15 x 30 and 30 x 45
Embroidered Announcements
Do you offer customizations with my baby's name or details?
No. These designs are not customizable and come as shown in the product photos. They are ready-to-ship items.
Why aren't these customizable?
These hoops are created in small batches to allow for quicker turnaround times.
Are these limited edition?
The listing will reflect if an item is a limited edition and won't be restocked. Most of our announcement hoops will be regularly restocked as long as the fabric is not discontinued.
Do all hoops look exactly the same?
Each hoop follows the same design, but small variations will occur due to the handmade nature.
What size are the announcement hoops?
We have a few different styles that are offered in 4 inches and 5 inches.
